Mr. Ravi Panwar, for the appellant. Mr. Vinay Kothari for respondent No.3.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the dispute out of Court, wherein the respondent No.3-Insurance Company shall pay a further lump sum amount of Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner qua the claim case No. 80 A/2012 decided by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Abu Road decided on 31.01.2013. The amount shall be paid within a period of four weeks to the applicants. The amount of Rs. 50,000/- shall be paid to the petitioner by way of account payee cheque.
In view of the above settlement, the appeal filed by the appellant is disposed of in terms of the above settlement.
