Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by this court, representation of the petitioner has been decided. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the representation has been decided for palpably wrong reasons which are legally not tenable. Learned counsel prays that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to assail the order whereby representation of the petitioner has been decided, by filing a writ petition.
As prayed, the present petition is disposed of with liberty, as aforesaid.
