The petitioner has alleged disobedience and non compliance of the order dated 18/12/2006 passed by the Single Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5835/1994, whereby the petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the case of Ravindra Singh and in case the petitioner is found fit, the same relief be extended to the petitioner as well.
In response to the notice, the respondents have filed reply wherein it is stated that in compliance of the direction of the Court, the petitioner was extended all benefits equivalent to the post of LDC, and posted as LDC in Division Ramganj Mandi, District Jhalawar. It is further submitted that Shri Ravindra Kumar had passed the typing test which was essential requirement for the absorption on the post of LDC, and as the petitioner had not passed the typing test, therefore, he could not be absorbed on the post of LDC.
Therefore, I am satisfied that the case of the petitioner has been considered in pursuance to the direction of the Court, I do not intend to proceed further in the instant petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Rule discharged.
