Non compliance of the order dated 7.11.2013 is alleged in this petition thereunder the Court had directed as under:
“Having regard to the limited nature of prayer, petitioners are required to make a representation to the District Collector, Sawai Madhopur, who shall look into the grievance of the petitioners and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of submission thereof before it.”
Reply has been filed. Mr A.S. Khangarot, Addl. Govt. Counsel submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
In view of the submission made and the additional affidavit of the District Collector, Sawai Madhopur, since compliance of the
order has been made, nothing remains in the petition.
The petition is dismissed.
