In pursuance to the order dated 30.01.2016, the respondent no.2 is present in court.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Family Pension Order has been issued on 04.02.2016 and an amount of Rs.14,78,490/- towards arrears of family pension along with interest thereon has already been sanctioned and sent to the office of the Accountant General, Rajasthan for onward transmission to Accountant General, Uttar Pradesh, as the petitioner is drawing pension from Treasury at Agra. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that the amount shall be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
Therefore, as the respondents have issued the PPO as well as deposited the amount of Rs.14,78,490/- in the office of the Accountant General, I do not deem it necessary to issue any further direction in the matter. The petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged. It is made clear that in case the amount is not disbursed to the petitioner within a period of four weeks, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive this petition.
