The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the controversy involved in this case is no more res integra in view of the order dated 19.11.2014 passed by this Court in D.B.Civil Special Appeal No. 1576/2014-Goutam Kumar Sharma & ors. v. State of Rajasthan & ors.
Having considered the facts of the case, we are satisfied that issue involved in this appeal has already been adjudicated in the case of Goutam Kumar Sharma & ors.(supra). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in terms of the judgments referred above.
