perversity in finding that the tenant was not in default. The Rent Tribunal was not justified in holding that the case set up for eviction of the tenant on the ground of default had to be dismissed.
was sent to a wrong address, and thus, the finding with regard to nonpayment of the enhanced rent, is incorrect. We do not find that this question was either raised or argued before learned Single Judge.
