Ms.Suruchi Kasliwal, Amicus Curiae along with petitioner present in the court, submits that at one stage FIR No.115/2014 dt.13.04.2014 was registered at Police Station Pilani, District Jhunjhunu for offence u/S.363 & 366 IPC as his daughter was under illegal custody of the respondent No.4. However, she was recovered on 22.10.2014 and her custody was handed over to him and her statement u/S.164 Cr.P.C. also came to be recorded on 28.10.2014.
It is also brought to our notice by the detenue named Nisha Verma that her marriage has been solemnized with her consent by her parents with Govind on 05.01.2015 and she is presently residing with her husband Govind.
It is also informed to this court that after the investigation, Final Report was furnished by the Investigating Officer and that has also been accepted by the competent court having jurisdiction.
Counsel, on instructions, submits that his client does not want to press the instant Habeas Corpus Petition.
Consequently, the instant Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
