The matter comes up on an interim application number 271/2015, preferred on behalf of the respondent(s) with a prayer to dismiss the writ application for having become infructuous.
It is reflected from the application that the petitioner resigned from the position of Assistant Professor in IICD on account of illhealth and for family reasons. The competent authority accepted the resignation and passed an Office Order dated 21st October, 2014, accepting her resignation. She was relieved with effect from 1st October, 2014.
The facts stated in the application are not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Interim Application Number 271/2015 stands allowed.
In view of the above, the writ application is dismissed for having become infructuous.
