Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have
already settled their disputes as per the report dated 12.03.2015 before the Mediator and the petition be disposed of accordingly. The learned counsel for the respondents has also agreed that the title deeds relating to the property shall be given back to the petitioner at the earliest.
In view of the above submissions, the petition stands disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediator. By this order, the stay application and other pending applications if any also stand disposed of.
