Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the petitioner has already filed the review petition before the respondent No.2 The Collector (Stamps) Jaipur, (Vigilance), Jaipur now known as Deputy Inspector General, (Registration & Stamps) Circle-II, Jaipur, however he submits that the necessary direction be given to him to decide the review petition as expeditiously as possible.
In view of the above submission, the permission to withdraw the petition is granted as prayed for. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the review petition of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the date of receipt of this order. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. By this order, the stay application also stands dismissed.
