After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that issues involved in the present petition are similar to the issues involved in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6121/ 2015, which has been dismissed by this Court vide the order dated 11.05.2015. Hence, the present petition is also dismissed in the light of the said order passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6121/ 2015. By this order, the stay application also stands dismissed.
