Mr. R.N. Vijay, appearing for the petitioner states that
the petition was filed as the post of Recovery Officer, DRT, Jaipur was vacant. He submits that the Recovery Officer, DRT, Jaipur has since been appointed and the petitioner will set up objections with regard to auction before him. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to take his proceedings before the Recovery Officer, DRT, Jaipur.
In view of submissions made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Stay application also stands dismissed.
