entries in the revenue record and the Assistant Collector, vide order dated 10.01.2002, while allowing the said application directed the Tehsildar, Nadauti for required correction in the revenue record and also to enter the aforesaid land as pasture land. Despite the aforesaid order dated 10.01.2002, nothing was done by the concerned authorities up to the year 2009. At last Sarpanch, vide his letter dated 22.09.2009, again requested the Assistant Collector, Hindauncity for correction in the record. Thereafter, Patwari Halka concerned was directed to comply with the order dated 10.01.2002. Assistant Collector, Hindaun vide order dated 23.09.2009 asked the Tehsildar Nadauti to do needful and the Tehsildar, Nadauti referred the matter to the Patwari Halka for taking suitable action as per order dated 10.01.2002. Thereafter, an application was moved by the petitioner before the Tehsildar, Nadauti on 16.02.2015 to remove illegal encroachment made by the Forest Department over the pasture land, upon which the Tehsildar concerned directed Patwari Halka and Ranger for demarcation of the land. The Tehsildar concerned vide order dated 16.02.2015 also directed the Land Revenue Officer for demarcation of the land of pasture land. Patwari Halka and Land Revenue Officer after inspection of the site, submitted report in which it was clearly mentioned that the land, which is in the possession of Forest Department, does not tally with the record and the construction work, which is going on at the instance of Forest Department for boundary wall, is over the pasture land. Despite aforesaid report, no action has been taken for removal of the illegal encroachment made by Respondents No. 3 and 4 over the pasture land.
