According to the petitioner, the last cut off marks declared by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (for short the 'Commission'), for the category of Other Backward Class (Male) were 351.29 marks, as would reflected from the result declared on 18th November, 2012. The respondent-Commission also invited the objections, if any, from the candidates as to the correctness to the Questions and Answers of the papers. The petitioner submitted his objections with reference to question number 29, 39, 86, 89, 91, 103 and 137 of Paper-I. Objections were also submitted with reference to question number 3, 22, 23, 78, 114, 123, 127, 138, 146 and 148 of Paper-II. The respondent-Commission did not address to the irregularities pointed out by the petitioner and finalized the recruitment process. Thus, the petitioner has been deprived of an opportunity of selection for in the event, the irregularities as pointed out by the petitioner, were addressed to, and the matter was examined by the Expert Committee, he would have found place in the selection list.
