This parole petition has been filed by the petitioner for releasing him on first regular parole of 20 days.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and carefully perused the relevant material on record.

¶7

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not think it just and proper to release the accused petitioner on first regular parole on the grounds mentioned by the petitioner in his petition.

¶8

Accordingly, the petition (parole) filed on behalf of the petitioner is hereby dismissed.

¶9

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file an application / representation before the respondent no.2 for releasing him on first regular parole, on fresh grounds if he so desires.

¶10

If any such representation is filed by the petitioner, then the respondent no.2 is directed to decide the same as early as possible, in accordance with law.
