Learned counsel prays for disposal of this writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the respondents in the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Sita Ram Vs. Union of India & Anr. in SB Civil Writ Petition No.7550/2015 decided on 04th September, 2015. The representation aforesaid may be considered by the respondents in the light of the judgment supra.
In view of the limited prayer, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for so as the stay application.
