Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1, Jamiluddin Qureshi, has been transferred to Panchayati Raj Department and has been absorbed, and therefore, is not interested to prosecute the writ proceedings.
It is further given out that petitioner No.2 and 3, are also not interested to proceed further writ proceedings.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ proceedings stand closed.
The application preferred on behalf of the petitioner No.2 and 3, stands allowed.
The writ petition stands closed.
