Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the controversy raised in the instant writ application is squarely covered by the opinion of the Coordinate Bench of this Court, in a batch of writ application decided on 18th November, 2013, lead case being Mahesh Kumar Yadav & ors. V.The State & Anr; S.B.C.W.P. No.16545/2013.
In view of the statement made at Bar, the writ application is disposed of in terms of para No.13 and 14 of the order dated 18th November, 2013.
The writ petition as well as the stay application stand disposed off.
