No.786/2004, decided on 29/11/2011. It has
been prayed that this petition may be
decided in the light of Smt. Sangeeta Singh
(supra).

that on a representation being submitted by
the petitioners, it be disposed of within
twelve weeks in terms of the law laid down
in the case of Smt. Sangeet Singh (supra),
but obviously if in the meantime the State
