Heard learned counsel for the parties on second stay application.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is ready and willing to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- in addition to statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/-. With these submissions learned counsel submits that execution of impugned award be stayed.
Mr. Vijay Purohit, learned counsel for the respondent, has opposed the prayer made in the second stay petition.
Having considered the submissions made, at Bar, and the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to stay the execution of the impugned award dated 07.06.2012

passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalore provided the appellant deposits Rs.1,00,000/- with interest awarded within a period of ten days from today before the learned Tribunal. The amount aforesaid may be disbursed to the
respondent-claimant in accordance with law.
Second stay application is disposed of.
