This revision petition has been filed by the
petitioner against the order dated 16.1.2014 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge No.9, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur inCr. Appeal No. 32/2013.
Learned counsel for the petitioner wants that this revision petition should be disposed of with direction to the court below to decide the matter pending before it as early as possible, and, if possible, within a period of 6 months.
Learned PP appearing for the State assisted by counsel for the respondent have not opposed the same.
The prayer of the counsel for the petitioner seems to be genuine, hence the same is allowed. The Cr. Revision Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
Stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
