This bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by accused-applicants (1)Ramavtar (2)Munshi (3) Puran Mal (4) Sunil & (5) Sushila in relation to FIR No. 381/2015 registered at Police Station Ragarh (Alwar) for offence under Sections 323, 324, 354, 147, 504 & 308 IPC.

I have perused the papers and heard the arguments of learned counsel for both the parties.

Accused-applicants (1) Ramavtar (2) Munshi (3) Puran Mal (4) Sunil & (5) Sushila are willing to surrender before the police and cooperate in the investigation. Hence, it can be said that no useful purpose is going to be served by arrest of accused-applicants (1) Ramavtar (2)Munshi (3) Puran Mal (4) Sunil & (5) Sushila in this matter.

In these circumstances, this bail application deserves acceptance, which is hereby accepted and it is hereby ordered that if within ten days from today, the accused-applicants (1)Ramavtar (2)Munshi (3) Puran Mal (4) Sunil & (5) Sushila surrender themselves before the IO/SHO concerned, then they be released by

him on bail on following conditions:

(i) that they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

¶12

(ii) that they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that they shall not leave India without previous permission of the trial court;

¶14

(iv) that they will have to submit a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- along with two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO, concerned.

Copy of this order be sent to the IO/SHO, Police Station Ragarh (Alwar).
