�ी �वनय पाल यादव -अ�धव�ा-अ�भयु�-�ाथ� क� ओर से �ी आर आर गुज�र �व�ान् लोक अ�भयोजक- वा�ते रा�य

अ�भयु�-�ाथ� ने अपनी जमानत हेतु यह �ाथ�ना प� द�ड ��या सं�हता क� धारा 439 के अधीन ��तुत �कया है। इस पर अ�धव�ा अ�भयु�-�ाथ� व �व�ान् लोक अ�भयोजक को सुना गया तथा प�ावल� पर उपल�ध करायी गयी साम�ी का �यानपूव�क अवलोकन �कया गया।

�करण के सम�त त�य� एवं प�रि�थ�तय� तथा प�ावल� पर उपल�ध करायी गयी साम�ी तथा �वशेष �प से इस त�य को ��गत रखते हुए �क समान आरोप के सह- अ�भयु� को पूव� म� इस �यायालय �ारा जमानत क� सु�वधा द� जा चुक� है, म� �करण के इस ��म पर गुणदोष� पर कोई अि�तम राय �य� �कये �बना अ�भयु�-�ाथ� को जमानत क� सु�वधा �दया जाना उ�चत मानता हूं।

अत: अ�भयु�-�ाथ� �ारा �� तुत यह जमानत का �ाथ�ना प� � वीकार �कया जाकर आदेश �दया जाता है �क य�द अ�भयु�-�ाथ� मदन पु� �व�ाम �ारा �पये 50,000/- ( पचास हजार �पये मा� ) का � वयं का बंध प� व �पये 25,000/- - 25,000/- ( प�चीस - प�चीस हजार �पये मा� ) क� दो ��तभू�त �वचारण � यायालय क� स� तुि� ट क� पेश क� जावे तो उसे �थम सूचना �रपोट� सं� या -121/2014 पु�लस थाना- �पनगढ़ िजला अजमेर से स�बि�धत �करण म� इस शत� के साथ जमानत पर �रहा कर �दया जावे �क वह �करण क� सुनवाई के दौरान � यायालय �ारा बुलाये जाने पर उपि� थत होता रहेगा।
