Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the doctor has advised
for operation of mother of the applicant for removal of her Uterus on 7.4.2015 and, therefore, the interim bail may be granted to the applicant. In support of his submission, prescription slip has been filed, which be taken on record.
In view of the above and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to allow this application for interim bail.
Consequently, the interim bail application is allowed.
It is ordered that the accused-applicant Laxmikant @ Gajanand Sharma S/o Shri Om Prakash in FIR No.631/2013 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Dausa shall be released on interim bail upto 20.4.2015 provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court. He shall surrender before the Jail Authorities at 5.00 PM on 20.4.2015. In case the applicant does not surrender on 20.4.2015, then the Jail Authorities shall be free to take steps for arresting the petitioner.
