The matter has come up on a letter dated 11.07.2022 issued by learned Civil Judge, Mahwa, District Dausa seeking extension of time for decision of the Civil Suit No.10/2012.
This court, vide its order dated 18.03.2015, directed the learned trial Court to decide the aforesaid suit within a period of 6 months after framing the issues. Thereafter, the time has been extended by this Court vide its orders dated 18.05.2016, 07.07.2017, 30.05.2018, 05.03.2019, 01.11.2019, 11.01.2021 & 03.08.2021. In the letter dated 11.07.2022, a request is made to extend the time by 6 months; but, as per telephonic information, much progress is not made in the trial thereafter.
A perusal of the letter dated 11.07.2022 reveals that despite lapse of more than seven and half years from the date of initial order whereby, a direction was issued to decide the suit within 6 months, long dates are being given in the matter.

In these circumstances, with a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial, 6 months’ further time is granted to the learned trial Court to decide the suit.
The Registrar (Judl.) is directed to intimate the Court concerned accordingly.
