Case is called out twice but nobody is present on
behalf of the appellant.
Since August 2014, no-one is appearing on behalf of the appellant. On 16th October, 2014 matter was deferred in absence of learned counsel for the appellant. Again on 12th January, 2015 matter was deferred in absence of the learned counsel for the appellant.
In view of the fact that nobody is appearing for the appellant for last so many hearings and today also nobody is present even in second round, the instant appeal is dismised in default and in want of prosecution.
