After hearing both the parties and with the consent of both the parties, it is hereby ordered that observations of the trial court while deciding Temporary Injunction Application No.111/2012 on 22.12.2012 shall not affect the merits of the suit in the trial court.
It is further ordered by consent of both the parties that none of the parties shall be entitled to obstruct the way, mentioned in the pleadings of the parties till the decision of the suit in the trial court.
Copy of this order be sent to the trial court immediately. Matter stands finally disposed of.
