Dr. Saugath Roy, for the petitioner. Mr. J.M. Saxena, AAG, & Mr. Vinayak Joshi, for the respondent.
Dr. Saugath Roy learned counsel appearing for petitioner has very fairly stated that in terms of the order dated 7.5.2014 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4326/2014, representation submitted by the petitioner has been decided by the respondents. However, Dr. Saugath Roy submits that the order whereby representation of the petitioner has been decided contain palpably wrong reasons which are not legally tenable. Dr. Roy contends that in view of decision of representation, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the order deciding representation of the petitioner as per provisions of law.
As prayed, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
