Mr. J.M. Saxena, the learned Addl. Advocate General appearing for the respondent has submitted that in the compliance of the order passed by this Court due payment has been paid to the petitioner.
Mr. Manoj Pareek, the learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that since the petitioner has received cheque of the due amount, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
Consequently, the present contempt petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
