Shri S.K. Gupta, learned Additional Advocate General, has submitted that the experience certificate of the petitioner was verified by the District Education Officer (Elementary), Jaipur and as per report of the District Education Officer, the petitioner was having less experience than five years and hence, he was found ineligible.
Shri Ashok Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has controverted the statement made by Shri Gupta and has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the report submitted by the District Education Officer regarding experience of the petitioner, by filing appropriate petition in this court.
Consequently, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid.
