It is informed that review petition-141/ 2014 preferred at the instance of one of the appellant Dr. Deepak Kumar Mathur came to be dismissed vide order dt.03.11.2014.
In the light of the order passed by this Court in Review Petition-141/ 2014 dt.03.11.2014, the present review petition is not maintainable and accordingly dismissed.
