Instant special appeal has been filed against the decision of Lok Adalat dt.23.11.2013.
It reveals that the writ petition-15822/ 2009 with the consent of parties was sent to Lok Adalat and on the basis of agreement which was recorded by Lok Adalat, consent order was passed on 23.11.2013, and the present special appeal in reference to the order of the Lok Adalat is not maintainable. Consequently, the application u/ S.5 of the Limitation Act and the appeal both stands dismissed.
