The petitioner prisoner, who has served actual sentence of 4 years 5 months and 2 days as on 25.01.2014 has filed this petition seeking emergent parole on the ground that such parole is required for the purpose of construction of house.
For the reasons as stated, we are not persuaded to grant indulgence of emergent parole at this stage, to petitioner prisoner.
The petition stands dismissed.
