The petitioner has already been transferred to the Open Air Camp, Kota from the Open Air Camp, Jaitsar, Sriganganagar, as such part relief has already been granted to him. The writ petition is disposed of by keeping the convict-prisoner at liberty to move an application afresh for grant of parole as per the provisions of the Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 1958 before the competent authority. If the petitioner submits any such application, that shall be considered objectively and expeditiously by the concerned District Parole Advisory Committee.
