Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that in this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the vires of Para No.6 of the notification dated 21.3.1998 by which an amendment was introduced in the Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996. The Vires of the said Rules have already been upheld by this Court vide decision dated 8.10.1999 in D.B. Civil Special Appeal No.726/1998.
We find that the matter is covered by the aforesaid judgment cited by the respondent.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
