and its operation thereupon. It is on the ground of environmental reasons affecting rights of the petitioner.
I find that subject matter now remains within the jurisdiction of National Green Tribunal. In view of above, this writ petition is transferred to the National Green Tribunal.
With the aforesaid, writ petition so as the stay application are disposed of.
