A direction is sought to seek expert opinion in regard
to various questions and answers mentioned in the writ petition. None is there to press the writ petition filed in the year 2012 and, otherwise, petitioner ought to have submitted representation to the respondents to seek a prayer of the nature made herein.
In view of aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed,
however, with liberty to seek revival thereof by making an application, if petitioner is so interested to pursue it.
