The learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. L.K. Purohit, submitted that on account of some enquiry pending against the petitioner, recovery of a sum of Rs.70192/- is due to be made from the petitioner and some more enquiries are pending against the petitioner.

In these circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty and direction to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the respondent – Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation for release of his retiral dues after deducting the aforesaid sum of Rs.70192/- stated in para (B) of the reply. pending enquiries against the petitioner may also be expedited and after effecting recovery of the amount due from the petitioner if any, the remaining retiral dues may be disbursed to the petitioner. The aforesaid exercise may be completed by the respondents within a period of six months from today. The petitioner will cooperate in the conclusion of enquiries pending against him.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. A copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned forthwith.
