parties.
It appears that the court while issuing the notice to the respondents on 12.9.12 had passed the order restraining the respondents from creating any third party interest in the property in question. The said order is modified to the extent that any third party right or interest created by the respondents shall be subject to the result of the revision petition. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
