Matter came up on letter dated 04.01.2017 received from learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No. 1, Neem Ka Thana, District Sikar whereby learned Magistrate prayed to extend the time for decide the criminal case No. 301/2006 ( State of Rajasthan vs. Ramavtar And Ors.) for two months more.
Considering the facts mentioned in the letter, the time already given for deciding the aforesaid criminal case is extended for two months from previous period.
Learned Magistrate be informed accordingly.
