Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.151/2012 dated 8th May, 2012 registered at Police Station, Kathumar Distt. Alwar for offences under Section 143, 323, 452, 379, 316 and 427 IPC.
Shri Mahendra Kumar Gupta, SHO, Police Station, Kathumar, Distt. Alwar being Investigating Officer is present in person. He has submitted that after thorough investigation, investigating agency has come to conclusion that no offence has been committed by the petitioner and hence, final report in negative form is to be filed in the Court of competent jurisdiction.
After hearing petitioner appearing in
person, Shri Ramcharan Meena, Assistant Director, Prosecution assisted by Investigating Officer, this Court is of the view that nothing

survive in the present petition in view of the statement made by the investigating Officer and the present petition having been rendered infructuous is disposed of as such.
Consequent upon disposal of the main petition, the stay application filed therewith stands also disposed of.
