By this criminal misc. petition, a challenge is made to the order dated 19.06.2006 whereby cognizance of offence against the petitioners was taken. The revision petition thereupon was dismissed vide order dated 24.09.2007. A period of more than 8 years has already passed thereupon. In absence of stay and record, the matter proceeded further.
In view of above and looking to the progress of the case, this criminal misc. petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed along with stay application.
