Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this bail application with liberty/direction to the court below to record the statement of the prosecutrix first within a period of fifteen days from the date of framing of charge and thereafter if petitioner moves any fresh bail application, same may kindly be decided in accordance with law.
The prayer made above on behalf of the petitioner seems to be genuine.
Accordingly, in view of above, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty/direction as prayed for.
