case diary.
The petitioners have filed a petition for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in connection with FIR No.251/2014 registered at Police Station Sapotra, District Karauli for the offence under Section 143, 332 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 P.D.P.P. Act.
Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the nature of allegations, material available on the record against the petitioners, I do not find it just and proper to extend the protection of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioners Harkesh Meena, Bhoodar Mali, Hajari, Ramesh, Mohan, Prahlad Meena and Durga is hereby rejected.
