Non compliance of order dated 30.07.2012 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 3600/2012, Ramesh Chand Vs. Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Ors. and other connected matters including writ petition filed by the petitioner has been alleged in this contempt petition.
Mr. Ashok Bansal, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner was considered and vide order dated 30.10.2014 and petitioner has been appointed on the post of Conductor. As such, order dated 30.07.2012 passed by this Court has been complied with.
The contempt petition is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
