Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The controversy involved in this case has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 01.05.2013 passed in SBCWP No.4502/2013 in which following directions were issued by this Court :-
“However, number of writ petitions have been filed in this Court for seeking direction to the competent authority to issue the experience certificate. In some of the writ petitions representations have already been filed and, in some of the writ petition, representations have not been filed.
Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to all the Chief Executive Officers of the Zila Parishads in the State to decide the question of issuance of experience certificate in

accordance with guidelines and rules framed by the State Government within a period of seven days from the date of filing fresh representation by the candidate.
It is further made clear that in the event of issuance of the experience certificate by the concerned Chief Executive Officer the said certificate shall be taken into consideration for eligibility and experience in accordance with rules.”
In view of above, this writ petition is also disposed of in light of aforesaid order dated 01.05.2013. It is made clear that experience certificate shall be considered by the respondents only if the application form has already been filled in by the petitioner/s within time.
