By this writ petition, a challenge is made to the order of suspension without availing remedy of statutory appeal.
In view of the above, writ petition so as the stay application are dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal. If appeal is preferred by the petitioner, respondents would be expected to decide the same expeditiously.
