settlement has been placed on record and
was produced before the Investigating
Officer. In view of the above and as prayed
by counsel for both the parties, FIR
No.184/2009 registered at Police Station
Chirawa, Jhunjhunu is ordered to be quashed
in the light of settlement between the
parties. Copy of the settlement is taken on
record which is a part of case diary.
The criminal misc. petition is allowed.
This disposes of stay application also.
