While granting leave filed by the State against the acquittal of accused respondent Mangla Ram, he was summoned by non bailable warrant vide order dt.17.10.2013. Pursuant thereto, accused respondent has been produced before the court today.
The Deputy Registrar, Judl. is directed to record the presence of accused respondent Mangla Ram and release him on furnishing his personal bond in a sum of Rs.25,000/ - and be ensured to remain present in Court on the next date of hearing which may be informed by the Dy. Registrar, Judl.
